Ingredients:

- Half a cup of mashed potatoes

- Finely chop half a cup of onion

- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

- 2 cardamoms

- 1 piece of cinnamon

- 2 cloves

- 1/4 cup ghee

Method:

- First heat the pan with oil and stir well with ginger-garlic paste. When it becomes a little reddish, continue to soften it with chopped onion. Season with hot spices and kebab spices with salt.

- Then stir fry it well with mashed potatoes and mashed meat. When the potatoes are boiled and the meat is fried, pur will be made. Put down to taste.


Cake making

- Mix semolina well with flour and add a little salt. Then pour ghee and keep applying it by hand. It will be crisp. Then make a dough with water.

- Make dough like bread. Then make small round loaves. Make small loaves equal to hand oil, i.e. puri. Then fold the bread with the filling in the middle. It will be like a half moon.

- Stick the mouth of the bread with a cut spoon so that the pur does not come out from the inside.

- Heat oil for deep frying in a large pan. Heat over low heat. Then leave the cake and fry it over low heat.
