How to make a Gulab jamun at home


Ingredients:

For sweets

One cup of milk powder

2 tablespoons of semolina (soak in hot water for a few minutes)

One teaspoon of flour

One egg

Flower cream milk as needed

A pinch of baking powder

A pinch of cardamom powder

1 tablespoon of rose water


For Sira:

Two cups of water

Two cups of sugar


Method:

1. First you have to add a little bit of sugar in the water.

2. Mix all the sweet ingredients together and make a little sticky dough.

4. Make a very small ball from the dough with hot oil, because the balls are doubled in size during frying. It is better to apply ghee / oil on the hands.
