Ingredients:


Fuchka making material :

  • 2 cups flour, half a cup semolina, 
  • 1 teaspoon palm butter, salt, oil and water.


Ingredients of Kabli Chhola Chaat:

  • Kabli gram 2 cups, 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, 
  • 2 potatoes
  •  and 3 eggs,
  •  onion, 
  • green chillies
  •  and coriander leaves, 
  • salt and 2 tablespoons
  •  chaat spices


Ingredients of Chaat Masala:

  • 2 tablespoons coriander,
  •  2 tablespoons cumin, 
  • 1 tablespoon five forks, 8/10 dried chillies,
  •  a little asafoetida.


Method:


Making Kabli Chhola Chaat

Soak 2 cups of kabali gram for at least 12 hours and then boil it. Or boil with 1 teaspoon of baking powder, it will boil quickly. The water will not dry completely, it will stay quite a bit wet. Boil 2 potatoes and 3 eggs and grate them. Chop onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.

Now mix half the amount of potatoes and eggs with the cooked gram. Make puree by mixing onion, chilli, coriander leaves, salt and 2 tablespoons of chaat spices to taste. You can give more if you want.


How to make chaat masala:

2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon five forks, 8/10 dried chillies in a good pan

Finely grind in a bowl. If you want you can give a little hing. Diameter, make your chaat spice.


To make phuchka :

Mix 1 teaspoon of palm butter between 2 cups of flour and half a cup of semolina and add the same amount of salt. Mix a little oil and water

Make strong yeast. Cover and simmer for half an hour. Now thin round bread from the yeast with small round petals

Cut and fry in hot oil. While frying, lightly press with a fork, you will see beautiful swelling.


Made of crumbs

The crumbs are nothing but broken pieces of fluke. Break up the fluffy shots and make them crumbly.


In making tamarind pickle

Soak the dried tamarind in hot water. When wet, squeeze well, and strain. Slightly with this water

Add chaat spices and salt to taste. If you want, you can break the yolk of an egg and mix it with this talk.

Finally serve the fluke-

Add some crumbs at the last moment in the middle of Kabli Chhola Pur. Then with the help of your fingers fill a small hole in the middle of the blower.
