Materials:
4 and a half cups of flour
1 / 3-1 / 2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup oi
2 egg yolks (break up with a little oil and water)
4 teaspoons dried yeast (or 28 gm packet)
Method:
-First soak the yeast in lukewarm water. Then you have to apply it all together except oil.
-When the yeast or dough is ready, cover the moth once more with butter / oil for 4 to 6 hours. In a light warm place.
-Then when the yeast swells, apply it once more.
-Make a long butter forest-shaped bread and spread it on a baking tray with light oil. Lightly scrape with a blade for the grooved design on the top. Leave it in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
-When the bread swells, bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius with egg coating on top. When done, it should be taken down and cooled.
(Temperatures often fluctuate in many ovens. In that case, the baking time may be 3 to 4 minutes earlier or later.)
Cream making
200 grams of butter
4 tablespoons of icing sugar
1 tablespoon of liquid milk
You have to take these together and beat them in a good way. Then cut along the middle of the bread and give cream. A fun butter forest was created.
