  • 2 potatoes

Ingredients of Chaat Masala:

  • 2 tablespoons coriander,
  •  2 tablespoons cumin, 
  • 1 tablespoon five forks, 8/10 dried chillies,
  •  a little asafoetida.


Method:


Making Kabli Chhola Chaat

Soak 2 cups of kabali gram for at least 12 hours and then boil it. Or boil with 1 teaspoon of baking powder, it will boil quickly. The water will not dry completely, it will stay quite a bit wet. Boil 2 potatoes and 3 eggs and grate them. Chop onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.

Now mix half the amount of potatoes and eggs with the cooked gram. Make puree by mixing onion, chilli, coriander leaves, salt and 2 tablespoons of chaat spices to taste. You can give more if you want.


How to make chaat masala:

2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon five forks, 8/10 dried chillies in a good pan
