How to make  Special naanruti


Ingredients:

💦 3 cups flour

💦1/4 cup milk     

          💦 1 teaspoon baking soda

          💦 One and a half teaspoon of baking powder

💦 1 tablespoon sugar

💦 3/4 teaspoon yeast

💦 1 cup wheat flour 

💦 1 cup of yogurt

💦Ghee (for brushing)

💦Garlic, nuts or cheese for topping (wish)

Method:

- Mix yeast, sugar and a little warm water together and keep aside for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime, mix flour, baking powder and baking soda together and put a little round space in between.

- Mix milk and yogurt well together. When the yeast mixture becomes a little foamy, mix it well with the yogurt and milk mixture. And pour it into the round mixture in the flour mixture.

- Now mix the bread well and make a soft dough. Then brush with oil / ghee in a bowl and cover the bowl with a thin plastic and leave it in a warm place.

- When the dough swells twice, you will understand that it is ready for bread. It will take about 30-45 minutes for the dough to double. Then take the dough again with a little moth and divide it into 16 parts.

- Now sand each part of the dough well with a roller. Take a 6-inch amount of sand, not a whole round, a little oval, try to keep the thickness 1/6 inch.

- Now heat an iron pan in the oven on medium heat. When the pan is well heated, brush both sides of the sandy bread with butter / ghee.

- If you want ordinary bread, put it in the pan like this. And if you want a special taste, whatever you want to give in the topping, put a little pressure on one side of the bread and put it inside the bread and put it in the pan.

- Leave it on the pan for 1 minute or wait until it swells a little. When one side is done, brush a little more ghee / butter on top and fry the other side.

- Fry everything well in this way. Let's have fun with the hot kebabs, meat and vegetable curry with delicious naan ruti.
