Method:


1. First mix sugar, salt, and yeast in lukewarm water. Shake a little and cover for 10 minutes. Make sure the water is not too hot. East will not work if cold water. East will die if the water is too hot. So take lukewarm water.


2. After 10 minutes add oil to this mixture. Now add a little flour to this mixture. Keep mixing lightly

3. Once all the flour is given, a sticky mixture will be formed. Now take this sticky mixture well with extra flour and moth. Make a very smooth and soft dough.

4. Now it's time to let the dock swell. Put a little oil in a pot and cover the dough for half to 1 hour. On a hot day, it will swell nicely in half an hour.


5. Now gently take out all the air bubbles with the moth. And shape the bread as desired. If you want the shape of the bread in the store, take a long tin to bake the pound cake. Butter well in this tin. Now take the shape of the tin, take half of its amount of yeast, and shape it into an elongated shape like a tin. In this case, use flour as needed. But remember, don't use too much flour.


6. Make bread and put it in a tin cake with butter. And again cover with a soft towel and keep in a warm place for half an hour to an hour.


7. After an hour you will see that the yeast has swelled and taken the shape of bread. Now mix a Kusum with water and gently spread it on the bread with a brush. It will bring beautiful colors. If not, there is no problem. If you spread eggs, you can spread sesame seeds.


8 First, take a saucepan with an empty large deep hole. The floor should be a heavy saucepan. Make sure the saucepan is completely dry. If even a small amount of oil or water remains in it, it will create smoke.


9. Now spread a layer of clean dry sand in the middle of this saucepan. This will save your saucepan from burning. And since sand is formed in a small way, a lot of temperatures will be created. It is possible to do without sand. In that case, put a frying pan in the oven and then put the saucepan. The way polao-biryani is suppressed is a lot like that. Place a small rack or stand in the middle of the saucepan. The saucepan should be covered with a lid so that no air can escape from it. Now put the saucepan in the oven on high heat for 5 minutes. We did this to preheat the cake.


10. Remove the lid of the saucepan. This should be done very carefully as the saucepan will be very hot at this time. Now carefully place the tin holding the bread on the stand.


11. Cover the saucepan again with a lid and let the bread bake. For the first 5 minutes, the stove will be on full heat, and for the next time, the stove will be on medium heat.

Bread will be baked based on the size of the bread. You can check if it is completely baked by inserting a thin stick in the middle. Baked bread will not be brown on top. But everything else will be like bakery bread. When the bread is ready, take it out of the tin. Brush the butter on top. Then cover with a thin towel and let cool.
