How to Make a  Sita-bhog At Home DIY making


Materials:

  • Basmati rice should be soaked in half a kg for half an hour,
  • 3 cups of sugar,
  • Half a cup of raisins,
  • Hot spices,
  • Cardamom,
  • Clove,
  • Cinnamon,
  • 1 cup of orange juice,
  • A little cinnamon,
  • Half a cup of jam,
  • Small size Pantua 250 grams,
  • Half a teaspoon of saffron color,
  • 1 cup of ghee or butter oil,
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk,
  • Peanuts to taste,
  • Almonds to taste,
  • Half a cup of nuts (2 tablespoons of powdered milk, half a teaspoon of ghee, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, half a teaspoon of rose water should be taken together).


Method:

The amount of water should be boiled. When boiling water, boil with 2 tablespoons of ghee color. Hard rice should be cooked with rice soaked in water. Pour the rice in a sieve and drain the water. Now mix rice, sugar, hot spices, powdered milk, pineapple, jam, hot ghee in a large pot and put it on low heat for an hour. It should be lowered two or three times with light hands. Before unloading, shake with nuts, raisins, and nuts. Garnish with pantua and serve.



How to Make Mawa laddu :-

Ingredients:

  • Bundia and Mawa take 2 ties to make Mawa laddu.
  • Bundia making materials:
  • Bason-2 cups
  • Water - as needed
  • Ghee - 2/3 tablespoon
  • Baking soda-1 pinch
  • For fermentation - 4 cups of sugar and 3 cups of water



Ingredients for making mawa:

  • 1/2 cup of powdered milk
  • Butter Well / Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar / sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Rose water - 1 tablespoon

  • How to make bundia:

Let's beat with water in the basin. You have to beat it well. If you beat a little more water. Now you have to mix the soda well with a spoon. Fry in bundia oil and soak the lukewarm sugar syrup for 5/6 minutes.


How to make Mawa:

Put all the ingredients together and leave it like a round ball for a while. Mawa will be made only if it is graded with grater after mata.

Mix 2 cups of Bundia and 1 cup of Mawa with a little ghee and make laddu. Then it will be Mawa Laddu.
