Materials:

  • Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Cumin fried powder - 1 teaspoon


Method:

Wash the chicken well. And scrape well with a fork and spoon. Mix all the spices together except oil well. Now massage this spice on the body of the chicken and apply it. And leave the chicken for less than 3/4 hours. The longer you keep it, the softer and softer the kebab will be.

Then preheat your electric oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Apply mustard oil on the body of the chicken in that gap, but a little. Grease the baking tray and place the chicken on top.
